Plant Health Guarantee:
All plants purchased are guaranteed to be healthy and of the highest quality at the time of purchase. We provide detailed care instructions to help your plants thrive. If your plant arrives with visible damage or signs of pest infestation, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it for a resolution.
Customer Responsibility:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the plant is cared for properly in its new environment. This includes appropriate light, temperature, and watering conditions.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 7-14 days of purchase, provided the plant is in its original condition and has not been damaged by improper care or handling.
Exchanges:
If your plant is defective or damaged at the time of purchase, we offer exchanges for the same type of plant or a similar plant of equal value, subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Items such as soil, pots, and fresh cut propagations are non-returnable.
• Any plant that has been repotted, trimmed, or altered in any way is not eligible for return.
