😪One thing people don’t always think about when it comes to being a home baker is how often you have to pivot when something isn’t working.

My original brownie recipe tasted amazing, but when I started baking them in individual tins, they just weren’t giving me the presentation I wanted🫠. In the original 8×8 pan I developed the recipe in, everything seemed fine, but sometimes changing formats means going back to the drawing board.🧐🧐🧐

After several days of testing, tweaking, and giving her a little facelift, I can finally say these brownies are everything I wanted them to be. Rich, fudgy, five-star flavor with the beautiful presentation I strive for in every product I offer.🥳

A lot of love, patience, and late nights went into these beauties, and when that much love goes into something, you know it’s going to taste good. 🤎
