We also had to rebuild some of the hframing (treated wood) around the door too.

You know it's not a good day when you see this. This was a divided 40' x 10' airport hanger door that came off track.
After 30 years of working on overhead doors, It still scares me to fix doors like this. It was about to drop to the ground the hard way, so getting under it and getting it down safe was not easy.
But we saved the door..
