SKEEPA #001: If you have a Hot Water Tank, Do not use Hot water from the sink to cook with or drink. HWTs are sediment collectors. Clean water naturally have an acceptable,  minimal amount of sediments and “stuff”. Over time the amount of sediments collected in a HWT creates an unacceptable amount that can make you very sick. If you have an Instahot/tankless hot water system, you can ignore above.
