You've heard the saying, "when it rains, it pours" ..we'll, sometimes it pours from the ceiling...and once the storm has subsided, you can call me to get things looking good again.

Unfortunately, sometimes we go to fix it up and discover new leaks. This isn't a feel good moment, but I would never overlook the issues and close it up. That would be an absolute breeding ground for mold!😱😞 no thank you! In this case, the shower pan had separated and was letting small amounts of water pass through the flooring, so I came in with a fresh grout coverage and new caulking.✨️ Now we wait for it to dry. Eventually, this will look amazing🤪 we just have to trust the process.

I did something new today and it turned out amazing!

The client needed a waterproof "pony wall" to keep from flooding the bathroom and subsequently, the kitchen diwnstairs.

I used trusscore paneling on a 2x4 frame. The client is very happy and I feel pretty good too 🤭😊

See that shovel handle? My good friend and fellow handyman, Gary showed me an amazing floor prep hack. After pulling up the carpet and pad, just scrape that baby all over the place to loosen/remove 90% of staples and while you're at it, pop those tackboards right out. The flat shovel works perfectly and youll save so much time!

How full can I get this dumpster before the work is complete? Any guesses? We've got 4 bedrooms, 1 hallway and a full set of stairs to remove carpet, plus a full gut on 1 bedroom & I bathroom... will it fill??

This homeowner had lights replaced and the original cuttings were a little overcut for the new lighting. Its those little things that make such a difference to take care of. I was glad to help them check it off the list.
