Job Posting: Fence Installer (graduating high school students)

Mann Fence Company, a leading fence contractor in Olathe, Kansas, is seeking highly motivated and hardworking high school students to join our team as Fence Installers. This is a great opportunity for students who are looking to gain valuable work experience and earn some extra income.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation and repair of various types of fences, including wood, vinyl, chain-link, and ornamental iron
- Carry and transport materials and tools to job sites
- Dig post holes and set fence posts
- Cut and assemble fence panels and rails
- Assist with general cleanup and maintenance of job sites

Requirements:
- Must be a high school student (ages 17 and up) with a valid Driver’s License
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have reliable transportation to and from our office
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions, including heat and cold
- No prior experience necessary, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential
