In December 2025, we embarked on a comprehensive renovation project that involved the removal and replacement of a cast iron tub, renovation of the drain and subfloor, installation of a new window, and construction of a walk-in shower, in addition to several other upgrades. Despite facing multiple obstacles, we are extremely pleased with the final outcome.

Preceding the installation of Christmas lights this year, we initiated a double deck project, and the end result was exceedingly gratifying. The project featured a 20x18 composite deck with black metal handrails, and a small deck that connects to their garage. Before and After pictures

In September 2025, we undertook a comprehensive basement remodel project. The only aspect not included was the bar island, as the clients intended to handle this element themselves. The finished project garnered extremely positive feedback from the client.

We just completed this 11x18 Louvered Pergola with solar LED lights. We had to lift it up a foot per client's request. These pergolas are freaking awesome.
