After I built the lower deck I installed metal panels overhead and into a gutter system so when it rains the lower deck stays dry.

I installed the Murphy bed in the middle and then custom built nightstands on each side with storage underneath and put up glass shelves above it and hung pendants with dimmer switches over each side. I also boxed in the TV on the wall with doors to close it up when it's not being used.

I assembled a Murphy bed and am now custom building some furniture and a tv cabinet.

Latest project. 30'x10' deck with 2 sets of stairs. Next we will add some metal panels to the bottom of the deck overhead and they will empty water into a gutter with a downspout into a drain. They now have lots of use of an area that was not useable. No more walking in the dirt when getting out of the hottub.

Who has 2 IBC foodgrade totes I could borrow on July 21st for a few days for putting water in only.

This whole back section of split rail fencing was on the ground. I had to dig up the rotted posts and reset them an secure the wire back.
