This maple grew a root ball about 3 ft out of the ground with a spread of 10x15 ft between Old Boston Post road through Old Saybrook and the sidewalk. Over the course of 2 days the stump was ground, 10 yd of material removed and fine fescue grass seed installed. So we did the thing, kade hired his dad to hang the birdhouse that the kids painted. Also had an assistant with him to help hammer in the steaks for the fence. The kids are going to love the birdhouse for the birds had already started going in it and it wasn’t even in the tree yet. Thanks guys for coming to the rescue. They were worth every penny.!!! can’t wait to see what kind of birds are going to go into their new home

I thought I was showing up to grind a secret stump for Father's Day but Greg's mom was onto the plan too and had me move the flowers and bulbs from around the stump before I started. Happy Father's Day to all. 🙋
