Hi Friends! ATTENTION anyone who operates a business in the US. Public Service Announcement! I just had my CPA in for our annual chat for taxes and she asked if I had registered with the US Department of Treasury for BOIR #. I had never heard of it. Apparently if you have ever filed anything with your local Secretary of State office, you must file this. This is their new way to track money laundering somehow. It comes with a hefty penalty if not registered. She thinks they are doing a very poor job of getting the word out so that they can then collect penalty monies. It costs nothing and you can do it online, it took about 15 minutes. Here is the link to register:

The Artery is closed this weekend. We spend the holidays with family, not chasing dollars. Everyday is “Small Business Saturday” at The Artery, except today. Today is Family Day. Enjoy! We will be open regular hours beginning Tuesday November 28. Please call then for an appointment to design your next custom frame.
