Keep it clean! 💦🌿 2 stage - Micron and Charcoal filter on the bottom left. 6 stage RODI filter on the right. Reverse Osmosis (RO / RODI) filters are a great way to provide clean water, with low to no dissolved solids, for your tropical & carnivorous plants. They operate by forcing water through a serious of membranes, charcoal filters, and finally an anion & cation resin mixture that captures the remaining solids. You don’t need to use one of these filters if you use rainwater, or your municipal water has a total dissolved solids (TDS) level of 50ppm or less... But who doesn’t like to geek out on this stuff!?!? 😄 It’s for our babies!
