We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals (men and women) to contribute to various renovation projects. If you have experience and a strong work ethic in any of the following areas, we encourage you to apply:
Key Areas of Work:
Painting:
Preparing surfaces for painting (scraping, sanding, filling holes).
Applying primers, undercoats, and finish coats using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
Ensuring smooth, even application and clean lines.
Knowledge of different paint types and application techniques.
Drywall:
Hanging, taping, mudding, and sanding drywall sheets.
Creating smooth, seamless surfaces ready for painting.
Repairing damaged drywall.
Flooring:
Installing various types of flooring, including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, and carpet.
Preparing subfloors for installation.
Accurate measuring and cutting of flooring materials.
Ensuring proper installation techniques and a level finish.
Additional Skills (Beneficial but not always required):
Demolition work
Basic carpentry skills (trim work, framing)
Tile setting
Plumbing or electrical knowledge (assistance to licensed professionals)
General construction labor
We are looking for individuals who are:
Reliable and punctual.
Hardworking and detail-oriented.
Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Safety-conscious.
Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Possess their own basic hand tools (preferred).
Have reliable transportation to job sites (may vary).
