Allen DeLalio Architects Allen & DeLalio Architects, Inc. is a full range architectural design firm founded in 2015. Allen and Nancy DeLalio.

is a full range design firm founded in 2015 as the next evolutionary step of the collaborative partnership forged in 2010 between Scott H. In addition to custom homes, Allen & DeLalio Architects also designs for multifamily, townhouse, commercial and mixed use construction, additions and renovations. Our design philosophy is that a building should blend both style and functionality in order to mee

t lifestyle needs while reflecting the personality of the homeowner(s) or business. As a result of this approach, clients find they receive personal solutions to their design needs. Our design repertoire is diverse in nature, so you'll find that you're not limited to any particular style. Whether you already have your own design ideas or don't know where to begin, Allen & DeLalio Architects will work with you to create a design that works for you, your budget, and your builder. When it comes to construction documents, builders find our plans to be comprehensive and easy to work from. However, should you require a greater comfort level when it comes to the construction process, we can provide construction consultation or administration services as well as assist in material and finish selections.

Our Heavy Timber Workshop addition. Window and doors still need to be cut in, but we are please to see this project underway. The architecture was easy for this project, but getting the zoning approved for this addition took some time. Creative attachments to the existing house and careful site placement to work around the existing well and septic system allowed this project to proceed forward. Sliding the house to the left and behind existing landscaping helps to lower the scale and will keep the rear yard open to the rest of the house.

Bay Area Kent Island Satellite Church - We helped them take an abandoned physical therapy gym, we filled in the pool for the main sanctuary space and then bult out the remaining spaces for classrooms, office, and entry foyer with greeting cafe. Now ready to open for Easter. A few before and after photos. As part of the main sanctuary space, we created a rear overhead rolling door where a custom-made rolling AV desk can be moved out into the main space so they can control lights, video, and speakers for the praise band. When not in use, it rolls back out of sight.

Day in the life of an architect! Walked all of these home this morning that we are working on - All within the same subdivision. In order of the pictures posting: 1.) Existing house to receive a primary bedroom and bathroom extension to the front of the house, reviewed preliminary designs today 2.) Second Chance starting the "deconstruction" of our next remodel, instead of tearing down the house they will remove and retain as much of the house as they can for other consumers and then we will add a new second floor to this home and renovate the balance of the existing home 3.) We remodeled this entire house in 2017 top to bottom and added an expanded kitchen and dining room out the rear, now we are adding a 4th bedroom and bathroom to the second floor. 4.) and our latest custom home almost completed the "live edge" custom front door and the rear of the house, almost ready to move into!

Love this new pier foundation for decks and additions. The pressure treated 6x6 will be eventually covered with trim. The concrete pier will be a lot smaller looking above ground and will keep the wood away from standing water as it is above ground!
