I'm learning more and more about natural remedies and it's pretty astonishing.

Today a friend helped me with weeding my garden. (I know, nice friend 😊) She had an immediate reaction on her arms to one of the weeds. Her arms started hurting and itching.

We came inside to wash them. By the time we got inside her arms were red and developing bumps and one of her arms was swelling.

We washed her arms with my allergy relief soap that I make. Then we applied dandelion infused oil.
Within minutes the itching stopped and before long there was no sign of irritation.

Pretty cool, huh?

Customer Facial Oil Order

I love helping people with individual skin needs.
A new customer came to me wanting a face oil for her particular skin issues but she reacts to certain oils, even when they're high quality and organic and she's not sure which ones.

I have samples to try on your skin in my shop so we tried both of my facial oil blends on her arm and her arm turned a little red with both.

I pulled out every ingredient and we tried it on her skin one by one so that we could discover which oils she reacts to. She asked me to make her a custom oil that works for her. Today I'm creating her personal custom face oil. No extra charge for all of the extra time and TLC. This is what small batch skincare is all about.

Massage Day 💆‍♀️
My mobile massage therapist comes to my house once a month for massage therapy. When we set up outside it feels like paradise! 🌿

I deal with chronic pain and restrictions that I try to manage with Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Cold laser therapy, Massage, and Physical therapy.

I still have a lot of unknown conditions that I'm seeking. Some of my diagnosed conditions include Celiac Disease, Diabetes, Bilateral Calcific Tendinitis, Bilateral Adhesive Capsulitus, Cervical Radiculopathy, Carpal Tunnel, & Osteopenia.

But I refuse to lay down and play dead. I refuse to give up on searching for answers and solutions. I refuse give into pharma bandaids.

I'm on a journey... health, wellness, natural remedies, self sustainability.
