We finished this floor a couple weeks ago.
We started with grinding the concrete down to a clean finish. Then we sealed and repaired all cracks. We then applied two coats of two part epoxy paint and added the flakes to the second coat. We finished it up with two coats of clear.

This house was a fun project. Homeowner has relocated here to Nebraska. We painted every ceiling, wall, and closets in this huge 6 bedroom 4 bathroom house.
Main floor SW Dover White
Upstairs and Basement SW Alabaster
Master bedroom ceiling SW Smoky Azurite, slanted ceiling SW Extra White, and the walls
SW Panda White.

The paint was falling off the front of these cabinets. We stripped the fronts down to bare wood. Two coats of shellac primer and three coats of finish later they turned out great.
