Today we’re celebrating Niki Bermel, our Chief Community Officer.

🌟 Her Why: Our family. We started the company with nothing and built it from the ground up. We were willing to work for what we wanted. We had a desire to get into the industry to change perspective on non-traditional options after high school just two kids that went into trade and we were willing to work really hard. While growing a company we also decided to also get licensed in real estate.. We dove deep into investing that added another layer of experience and knowledge under our belts.

☀️ Fun Facts: My favorite color is green, I’ve been married for almost 20 years, I have 4 kids, I’m a homebody.

Today we’re recognizing Mel Scaturro, our Business Development Manager who is also SUPER involved in the NAWIC Greater Omaha Chapter!

🌟 Her Why: I’ve been in the building industry for over 30 years and have had the pleasure of working with architects, engineers, contractors, and specialty contractors throughout my career. One of the most rewarding feelings is driving by a building and knowing your company played a part in bringing that project to life.

🏗 Favorite Part of the Job: I’m such a people person, so business development is the perfect fit for me. I truly enjoy building relationships and connecting with others in the industry.

☀️ Fun Facts: I lived in Austin, TX and San Francisco, CA in my younger years and loved the city life—but nothing beats the Midwest when it comes to raising a family. I’ve been married for 39 years, have 3 kids and 6 grandkids, and I love spending time with my family.
