Recent deck replacement for a homeowner who purchased an only THREE year old home. The deck that was originally built just a few years ago was unsafe, missing all the joist hangers at the beam, had improperly installed railing posts, and the stairs were barely hanging on among other items. Luckily the homeowners realized early something wasn’t right and stopped using the deck and a family friend of theirs suggested to them to call me. We got it rebuilt and could only salvage the posts and footings. We extended it an additional 2’ and finished it off with Timbertech Reserve composite decking, and a maintenance free Westbury Tuscany aluminum railing.
