My attorney friend has gotten her real name Precious Jackson her last known address and is writing a letter to her letting her know she has so much time to retract her statements or she will be sued. im going to get in touch with the gentleman whom I was talking with in the picture to see if he can testify on my behalf about our conversation.

UPDATE:
I have contacted the Omaha Police Department to file a report against the person falsely accusing me of animal cruelty. I have also contacted Channel 7 in hopes of them running a story about this tragic situation.

All allegations about me throwing kittens for my truck or false. It was chilly last night the cats must have gotten into the underside of the truck that was in front of me to stay warm. Well going down military they decide to start jumping out I almost hit one I try to get the guy to pull over but he just kept going as there's only one lane to traffic. I saw him pull into the BP on Northwest radio so I stopped turn around to let him know what it happened. Someone behind me sees kittens falling and claimed that I was throwing them for my truck.

This picture that some good Samaritan took of me actually helps me out because the guy I'm talking to is the guy whose truck had a kitten fall from it. Anyone who knows me knows I could not or would not ever do anything like this.
