Flat modified roof that was damaged but missed by initial adjuster and door knocking contractor. The owner called me for a second opinion because the flat roof was leaking and they were told a cost of $2,300.00 , would be required. We inspected, then sent claim department photos with documentation and diligence. Within 1 week we recieved authorization to cover this damage, and the home owner is not paying out of pocket on damage that was missed or skipped by her previous contractor and adjuster.
