From bare concrete to a completely transformed garage! ✨

These first few photos show where we started—with bare concrete floors and stairs. Next, we applied a moisture barrier. It may look shiny and wet in the photos, but once it cures, it becomes an extremely hard and durable layer beneath the epoxy flake system!!

And yes!! We carried the epoxy system right onto the stairs! We love how it created one clean, finished look throughout the entire space!

An epoxy flake system doesn’t just improve the garage floor, it changes the whole feel of the garage. It’s durable, easy to maintain, and gives the space that clean, finished vibe so many homeowners are looking for!!

This one turned out so good! 🙌

There’s something so exciting about new construction—especially when the plans call for one of our favorites: good old natural hardwood! 🙌

Right now, it may look like nothing but subfloor and spray-painted notes, but those markings give us a glimpse of what’s coming…and we see a whole lot of WOOD! 😍

We love hardwood in new homes because it’s a true long-term flooring choice. It can be refinished, refreshed, and even changed to a completely different color as styles evolve. That kind of flexibility is something LVP simply can’t offer.

And don’t get us wrong—we love a good-quality LVP in the right space, too! The key words are good quality!! 😉 Every home and every room has different needs, and choosing the right product makes all the difference!

Big flooring projects can come with a big cleanup! That’s why FloorCo is happy to partner with redbox+ Dumpsters of Omaha when a project involves a lot of demolition and debris!!

Having a dumpster conveniently placed at the home helps our crew keep the work area cleaner and more organized. It may also give homeowners an opportunity to dispose of some unwanted personal items while we’re completing their flooring project—subject to Redbox+ guidelines.

Just wait until you see where this one is headed! 👀

This beautiful wide-plank pine floor started with a dark stain that fit the cabin vibe, but it was ready for a little TLC. Our crew came in and sanded away the old finish, revealing the warm, natural character of the pine underneath.

These progress photos are only the beginning—check back for the final reveal! We can’t wait to see how the refreshed floor brings a whole new cabin feel to this space!!
