This week, Hoppe Development broke ground on Tallgrass—a 600-unit, mixed-income, mixed-product neighborhood at 72nd and Capehart in Papillion. Planned by DAA and FoleyShald Engineering, the 35-acre site will feature multifamily buildings, stacked flats, and townhomes arranged around a network of pocket parks, walking trails, community spaces, and a central “town center” concept. The first 200 units—designed by DAA in collaboration with Alvine Engineering and Thompson, Dreessen & Dorner, Inc.—are now under construction.

Ringing Workshop’s new headquarters are vibrant meeting spaces and cozy phone rooms, each designed with bold blocks of color that contrast the neutral tones of the open office plan. To bring these and other spaces to life, DAA partnered with Hutch Contract to provide thoughtfully curated furniture, enhancing functionality and style throughout the offices.
