PSA: if you have wild garlic mustard growing on your property, DO NOT let it go to seed! Pull it by the roots. Make pesto, add it to salads or burn it to the ground! It’s extremely invasive, each plant produces copious amounts of seeds, and the plants emit chemicals that stop other plants from growing near them. Do not leave even immature flower heads on the ground as they will continue to mature into viable seeds. Trust me, this is one you do not want to grow.
