Ever thought about a career in carpentry? Are you a property owner looking to learn the skills of carpentry?
Always wanted to learn more carpentry,but couldn't fit in the time?
I will be teaching an Entry Level Carpentry course at the Verona BOCES starting in September.
The class will run every other Saturday between 9:00 and 3:30
We are trying a new format. We have had many requests to have a weekend course for those that can't attend during the week. We structured it so it won't take up every weekend.

Few odds and ends today. Finished truss bracing , hurricane straps , made walkway above insulation level and access scuttle. Gray pipe runs from above insulation down to cellar. Any future electrical or communication needs can be accommodated without fishing wires .

Anyone looking to get training in the carpenty field? I will be teaching an Entry Level Employment course at the Oneida Herkimer BOCES in New Hartford.
The course will focus on entry level skills in the construction trade.
It is 120 hr. certificate course , Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30 to 9:30 .
Classes scheduled to begin mid February.
Course will include : proper material selection, understanding proper terminalogy, construction math, design and layout techniques, door and window installation and more. Course will be divided between classroom and hands on shop work.
