Got a kitchen and bathroom remodel out here in Upland, CA

The cabinets and plumbing in the kitchen were pretty outdated, and took us a while to remove cleanly

Hiring a trained contractor with insurance is so important nowadays.

Yes even more important than price.

If you hire someone cheaper, your usually getting what you paid for

This bathroom was no different.

Whoever was hired to remodel their bathroom before us had did such a poor job that water leaked all the way through the floor and into the downstairs spaces

What could’ve been a one time remodel turned into the homeowner calling us just a couple months later

You have to ask yourself if it makes more sense to pay $5,000 now, and then forced to pay $15,000 later?

Or pay $12,000 now and it lasts for years.

Update on the 70's bathroom, we're nearly done with it, just waiting for glass.

Price doesn't matter when getting an estimate for your remodel project. Let me explain.

Homeowners often tell us "well I just want to know the price" without ever considering what exactly they want done in their kitchen, bathroom, etc.

Understanding the difference between quality of materials could literally mean the difference between you calling another contractor in 6 months, or 6 years.

Remember, you get what you pay for. Don't put yourself in the position of your bathroom or kitchen falling apart when company is in your home.

That's why we always encourage our customers to visit our showroom floor when our estimate is ready, so they can put their hands on materials that could one day be in their home.
