A beautiful mix of classic and modern making this bathroom ageless - white subway tiles and marble hexagon tiles. To finish off the look we added metal tile edging to give a clean, crisp finish.
Customer requested additional lighting and dual vanity sinks. Frost Renovations installed sconces, recessed lighting, and an additional vanity sink. Customer opted to paint themselves.

As someone mentioned in a prior post, granite and marble countertops can be a bit expensive depending on the type of stone you pick. Our first recommendation is to shop around. Many retailers have sales which can save you money. Another option is to get creative! Check out these unique countertop alternatives. Some are man-made, but just as beautiful. Quartz is a great alternative, while others may just be what you're looking for to make your kitchen stand out above the rest!

Another home renovated by Frost Renovations, decorated by Jodi Fleming, hit the market this past summer. An 'exclusive island placation' home for $1.2 million.

Renovations included: new floors, paint throughout, kitchen refresh, bathroom upgrades, custom-made spiral staircase encasement, new interior railings, window treatments, new light fixtures throughout, exterior stain, new deck railing, deck painting, and installation of outdoor path from dock to home.

The life expectancy of a water heater is only 8-12 years. Beyond this, they become less efficient and run higher risk of failure. When a water heater fails it can cause water damage like what occured in this home. Carpeting and cabinets had to be moved to dry out the home, while wet and molded drywall was removed. Frost Renovations restored the home to pre-flood conditions.
