Grateful for this kind review from Derek in Auburn.

Fast communication, clean work, and a finished project the homeowner is happy with, that is always the goal.

Whether it’s a new fence, an older fence, or a deck that needs attention, we want the process to be simple from the first quote to the final result.

Thank you again, Derek. We appreciate the trust.

How soon should you stain a new deck or fence?

The real answer is: once the wood is ready.

New wood needs to be dry enough to properly accept stain. That’s why we check moisture levels before staining instead of guessing based on how long the fence or deck has been installed.

If the wood is too wet, stain may not absorb the way it should. If you wait too long, sun, rain, and humidity can start aging the wood before it ever gets protected.

The goal is to stain at the right time, once the wood is dry enough, but before weather exposure starts breaking it down.

New wood makes a big difference. Stained and protected wood makes an even bigger one.

This front porch was still new when we stained it, which is the ideal time to get ahead of sun, rain, and Alabama humidity.

The stain brought out a richer, more finished look while helping protect the wood from moisture, UV exposure, cracking, splitting, warping, and premature graying.

A new porch or deck is a big investment. Staining it early helps protect it before the weather has a chance to start breaking the wood down.

Deck season is here.

A quick look at our Pecan stain being brushed onto a deck. Brushing helps work the stain into the wood and gives us better control on deck surfaces, especially where an even finish matters.

Pecan is a great choice for homeowners who want a warm, natural look while still helping protect the wood from sun, moisture, cracking, splitting, and premature aging.

Don’t wait until your fence turns gray to start thinking about stain.

A new wood fence looks great at first, but sun, rain, and Alabama humidity can start aging the wood faster than most homeowners realize. Over time, that exposure can lead to graying, cracking, splitting, warping, and premature wear.

The best time to stain a new fence is once the wood is dry enough to accept stain, but before months of weather exposure start breaking it down.

Our penetrating stain and sealer soaks into the wood to help protect it from moisture and sun exposure while still allowing the natural wood character to show through.

Stain early. Protect your investment.

New fence stained in Wetumpka with our Sable stain.

This project had a mix of board-on-board fencing and standard privacy fence sections, and Sable was a great choice for giving the new wood a darker, richer finish.

We applied our penetrating stain and sealer to help protect the fence from sun exposure, moisture, cracking, splitting, warping, and premature graying.

A new fence is a big investment. Staining it early helps protect that investment before Alabama weather has a chance to start breaking the wood down.

Prep matters.

A quick look at the cleaning side of a fence staining project. Before stain goes on, the wood needs to be cleaned properly so dirt, mildew, and weathered surface fibers are removed.

This helps the wood accept stain more evenly and gives our penetrating stain and sealer the best chance to do its job.

The finished color gets the attention, but the prep work is what helps create a better final result.

Choosing a stain color can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to picture how it will look against your home.

That’s why we take the time to walk homeowners through the options, provide real samples when needed, and help them choose the right treatment for their fence or deck.

Grateful for this kind review from Denise in Opelika. We’re glad we could help make the process easy and leave her with a fence she loves looking at every day.

New privacy fence stained in Auburn with our Pecan stain 👌

This fence was stained at the right time, while the wood was still new and before the sun, rain, and Alabama humidity had a chance to start breaking it down.

We applied our penetrating stain and sealer to help protect the fence from moisture, UV damage, cracking, splitting, warping, and premature graying. Pecan is a great choice for new privacy fences because it gives the wood a warm, natural look while still offering solid protection.

If you’ve recently had a new fence installed, don’t wait until it turns gray to start protecting it.

Auburn, AL | Deck Staining

We stained this deck at this beautiful property in Auburn with our semi-transparent Walnut.

Walnut gives the wood a rich, natural look while still allowing the grain and character of the deck to show through.

Our penetrating stain and sealer soaks into the wood to help protect it from sun exposure, moisture, cracking, splitting, and graying without forming a surface film that can chip or peel over time.

If your deck is starting to dry out, fade, or turn gray, now is a great time to get it protected.
