I had the opportunity to work at two churches today in Debary for two amazing long time repeat clients and friends! A special thanks to Bob with D&b electric for volunteering his time and bucket truck to bring this steeple back to life.

I have at least two to three dozen repeat clients in our local parks and have made it a priority to keep their rates as affordable as possible. I always make time to hang out with them when I’m there to give them some personal interaction. I’ve heard the stories from many of them and it’s shameful that corporations are letting these folks down with the increased lot rents .

I still charge $140 to clean a manufactured home in West Volusia and will keep it that way .

Residents in mobile home parks are being priced out of their homes due to rising lot rent.

Kids are back in school and the slow season is over. I’ve added 16 jobs to the schedule in the past week and some as far out as October.

Soon I’ll be a couple weeks booked up so this is a great time to get on the books!

The dreaded summer time slow down is among us! This is when I truly rely on my extensive list of loyal customers. As many of you know I no longer clean roofs or seal pavers but I have a great guy that I’ve been networking with for years and have never had any complaints.

Next time you step outside take a look around and see if anything needs cleaning, I’d very much appreciate it!

Fishing update! A well deserved four day weekend with two days on the water with friends and running from storms! We are in the slow season for pressure washing so I’ll look forward to hearing from all my repeat clients!

It’s going to be a long hot summer and now is the time to get that pool ready! I average over 200 pool enclosure cleanings per year and would be happy to add a few more clients to my annual cleaning schedule.

Chemically treated to kill the mildew and algae, then rinsed with low pressure to prevent damage.

Always be sure to get multiple quotes as these days there is a very wide range in pricing.

Please bare with me folks! My truck had a catastrophic engine failure this week. I’m a couple weeks booked out solid and have eight calls to make tomorrow but I’ll get to you. I’ll miss the old truck but the new one will step up and keep your properties clean.

Yesterday I had the privilege to take my neighbor who’s a Leo and his amazing family out for some island hopping and fishing for his birthday. Fishing was a little slow until we found the sharks!

If you’re a regular client and follow my page and know any little one that’s never caught a fish reach out to me and I’ll give them a memory at no cost. Yesterday was certainly a memory for me!
