Termites.

Termites are always on my mind because I get to see the massive amounts of damage this insect can do over short periods of time. Someone told me years ago that there are two types of houses in Southeast Texas.
Houses that have termites and houses that will have termites.
Now I believe that statement, but only to a certain degree. There is a third type of house. The ones that are being treated and maintained to prevent termites. This is what we provide. An assurance that your property will not be destroyed by this devastating insect. The Formosan Subterranean Termite recently swarmed our areas for a couple of weeks. That swarm will produce new colonies of termites all of our area. As soon as these pest develop into larvae, they start consuming wood and paper products and they are on the hunt for food sources.
