Power washed entire alge off
Entire roof maintenance
Replaced/glued all broken and slipped tiles (15) tiles sealed all pipes and flashings and painted them.
Added cement where needed
Blew off all debris from roof and gutters.
Sprayed clear sealer on entire roof
Replaced 30 feet of 2x8 fascia boards.
Repaired 2 skylights open those areas and sealed them. Installed tiles back on.
Disposed of all trash and did a thorough cleaning and inspection 🧐

Installed all shingles back on correctly
Sealed all pipes and flashings and painted them
Blew off all debris from roof
Walked entire roof and did a thorough cleaning

Installed new 50 year synthetic underlayment
Installed new 30 year asphalt shingles
All new flashings and metals sealed and painted
Replaced 65 feet of fascia boards
Added 4 Ohegin vents
Blew off all debris from roof and did a thorough cleaning and inspection 🧐

Removed existing roof and disposed of it
Replaced 5 sheets of plywood on deck
Installed new base and torch down with all new flashings and metals sealed and painted.
Rolled on white roof silicone coating which does its job sealing any open pours on the roof and reflects the heat off keeping it abit cooler underneath that area!
