Check out my latest blog, “Stepping off the Spin” It’s an encouraging challenge to reset weekly. It’s your chance to step off the spin and center yourself. Clear the mental clutter, breathe deeper, and slow the pace. Step outside, reconnect with nature, and remember you don’t have to live at the speed of a to do list. Let yourself enjoy the quiet joy of doing nothing, no guilt, no agenda. By the end of the day, you feel grounded, centered, calm, and ready for the days ahead. Let this be a weekly ritual that brings you back to what truly matters: YOU!
Let’s grow together, one breath at a time. If I have encouraged you to grow with me, invite others and join me on Facebook and follow my blog site. I’m rooting for you, LeeAnn

A calming weekly reset ritual to clear your mind, reconnect with nature, and return to your inner center. Slow down and come home to yourself.

What’s your version of coming home cozy look like? The moment where you finally slow down, breathe a little deeper, and ease back into yourself…
For me, it’s curling up on a big sofa by the fireplace, watching a good movie, letting my day settle and mind breathe.
When a house helps you slow down and breathe, it becomes a home and a fit for your lifestyle.

🛑 NEVER leave pets or children in vehicles alone, NOT even for a minute.
🔥 Too Hot to Touch? Too Hot to Sit or Walk!
🧒 When temps rise, so do the surfaces we walk on and sit on!
☀️ Surfaces, concrete, asphalt, and even sand can burn skin, feet and paws in seconds.
👉 Do a quick hand-check. If you can’t put your hand on it, they cannot sit or walk on it.
✅ Stick to grass, shade, and pack an ice & water cooler with hand towels for cooling.
💧 Bring water, use dog booties and shoes outside.
👣🐾 Stay safe from the ground up.

Summers Here! Practice these summer heat safety tips for pets, children, adults and seniors.
