Natural Flow Landscape and Garden Design Observing the natural world is a love of ours. The forms, colors, surprises we find along the way, remind us of the more important things in life.

Our intention is to learn from and imitate nature, inspire others to create or to let us create for you, outdoor spaces that bring beauty, happiness and peace to your life. We select and use trees, shrubs, plant material that is appropriate for the site and love the use of stone and hard structures as well.

Assistant Gardener Needed!
Natural Flow Landscape and Garden Design
Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Lead Gardener, will maintain designated green spaces.
Oversee the general health of trees, shrubs, and plants.
Keep all garden areas w**d free
Perform seasonal pruning on shrubs, light tree pruning
Raking and removal of debris.
Assist in loading/unloading plant material, installation, watering, and fertilizing.
Assist with the loading/unloading of bagged and bulk mulch, and installation.
Basic horticultural knowledge, including plant identification and care is preferred, but not required. The ability to take direction and willingness to learn new skills is essential. We encourage and love individual creative thoughts and new ideas, as well.
Our business is built around helping others learn about the natural world and providing beautiful outdoor spaces with a diverse clientele. We have shared values that are centered around and rooted in: honesty, integrity, and the preservation of natural life.
*Valid drivers license and transportation is required.

***Only hard workers and individuals that take pride in a job well done should apply***
Hours: Part-Time (15-20 hours) with possibility for Full-Time hours
Starting Pay: $13-18 an hour, depending on experience/knowledge
