Located in Orangeburg, New York we provide quality asphalt installation and maintenance to residential and commercial customers serving Rockland, & Orange Counties in New York, and neighboring Northern New Jersey. Since inception, our focus has been to offer quality services using state of the art procedures and

equipment at reasonable rates. No job is too small – from patching residential driveways to sealing and striping large commercial parking lots. It is important to keep your asphalt surfaces properly maintained to ensure a long lasting investment. We offer a wide range of asphalt maintenance services including crack filling and repair, removal and replacement of your old driveway, seal coating your pavement, patching small damaged areas, and milling large sections of roadway. ROBERT “CHIP’ CHIAPPERINO is President of All County. He has over 20 years of experience in the profession. Chip learned the business hands on through dedication and determination in learning all aspects of the industry. In 1995, he opened the family owned business in Spring Valley, NY and in 2011 moved to Orangeburg, NY. Chip has excellent attention to detail, leadership ability and effective management skills. Chip will often find himself “in the trenches” to assist and accommodate when necessary. VAN SCHAICK is the Chief Estimator for All County and has been with the company from day one. Christopher has a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. He takes great pride in helping corporate employees and homeowners in ensuring their comfort during a project
