What a fun day in the greenhouse!
🌸Lil’ Growers Container Workshop a fundraiser for The Garden of Eden Foundation

We spent the day helping young gardeners create their own container arrangements, and it was impossible not to smile watching them dig into the soil, choose their plants, and proudly show off their finished creations.

There were dirty hands & floors, lots of smiles, creativity, and plenty of excitement as each child made their planter uniquely their own.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. Watching children connect with plants and experience the satisfaction of creating something beautiful is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

🌿 We may have left a little sweaty on what seemed like the hottest day of season, but it was well worth it. 🥰

Join me for this fun event!
This Friday!

We are excited to announce our next event!! This event is designed for kids of all ages and getting some (or a lot) dirt on their hands! Everything is included in the $20 wristband (what a steal BTW!) but the container workshop will have a sign-up as spots in each time slot are limited.

Join us Friday, June 12th from 3-7 PM (or anytime between those hours!) for lots of fun, sprinkled with some educational fun facts about plants.

This event will support the Fundacion Jardin del Eden in Ecuador where we took a group last August. They are a large group home for kids who come from poverty or abusive homes.

We wrapped up our final PCL session of the season this past Saturday, and what a fun way to end! 🌱

Attendees learned all about companion planting — which plants thrive together and which ones are better kept apart. Everyone had a great time kicking things off with a matching game before diving into why some plants work so well symbiotically…and why others definitely do not. (We’re looking at you, Black Walnut trees! 😘)

To top it all off, everyone went home with a marigold AND a rosemary plant of their own! Now that they know the secrets to successful planting partnerships, we can’t wait to see their gardens flourish!

As always, heartfelt thanks to the FPL for providing the funds needed to allow us to deliver such events to the community.
