This is a bathroom we remodeled a couple months ago. As the tear out progressed we found 3 layers of ceiling and walls. Floor was built up over a concrete slab with 2 x 4. This also has 2 layers. Stripped room completely out and even had to replace 80% of framing. Concrete was cut out and plumbing was corrected to code and placed into slab. New concrete and leveling compound installed. New electrical and a super quite vent fan with light installed. Walls were sealed with insulation board and foam then Fiberglass insulation. Moisture resistant drywall installed. Primed and Finish Painted. Tile Floors and a Tiled wall Shower Installed. Baseboard heat installed. New Vanity, Kohler Toilet and Door Installed. Now a beautiful Bathroom that you don't have to step up to use!

This is a quick bathroom remodel that we did. Unfortunately, we were to excited to tear out and missed the before pictures.
We ended up removing a cast iron tub and all the plaster above it to install a new Sterling fiberglass tub and walls. New floor and vanity. Installed a super quite Panasonic Vent Fan and Light. Painted the room with PPG Mold resistant Paint.
Was a very quick and great results for the owner!

Did a Front Door replacement today. This is a Masonite Door that was factory painted and is a Smooth Fiberglass. Interior color is White. Was a nice day for a beautiful door install!

Luddington Job - Window and Siding Replacement
This job we replaced all the windows in the house. Old window jambs and trim were removed to install new windows. It was decided to replace the old aluminum siding and the T11 on the front of the house with Slate Blue Vinyl Dutch Lap Siding.
Front window had been replaced before but not correctly. That required a lor of framing work to be completed.
There are pictures of the way the windows install was done. They are double taped the way this was done. Helps a lot on air coming in and also water pe*******on.
Have a few more things to accomplish before the job is completely done but will have that done this week!

What's behind the short door. A nice closet with a new organizer that was custom built for this closet. Now the customer has some storage!

This is what some "contractor" did several years ago for a new customer of mine. This is a corner sink. Instead of designing the kitchen correctly, they used a base cabinet and cut them up tonget the sink and faucet installed. You can barely work on drain which had a leak. Customer is replacing countertop, sink and faucet. I was called in to remove countertop for new quart top. Then need to plumb new sink.
This contractor was a realtor who says he does remodeling. Really!!! Hope you sell houses better than you remodel. Found many other issues that now need fixes.
People hire a contractor. Not someone who says they can do this. This should never had been done like this!

This is a deck we just completed. We used Timbertech Decking and Railings for this deck. It is a free standing decking with extra bracing to keep the deck from any movement. Joist are all 2 x 10 and spaced at 12" on center. First deck we used Timbertech Secure Mount Post and those post and strong and don't move. The newel post are all 6" Square with the Reserve Rail style that has a nice heavier type rail and post. All the white trim and lattice are a plastic material from Kleer.
Made for a very nice deck for the customer. They will have years of enjoyment with this deck! Now on to their front deck.

Looking at hiring a helper. If you know someone that wants a career in the remodeling business please have them call me at 419-276-0910. Looking for someone that can follow directions and has energy to do the work. If you refer someone please remember that you must trust this person as I need to trust them also in customers homes.
