Meet Sanguisorba ā€˜Plum Dropsā€™ā€”
The very cool pinnate foliage stays low and then in midsummer it puts up 3ā€™ long stems with dk purple bottlebrush flowers that pollinators adore. Zone 4 hardy and beautiful in drifts with grasses and asters. Loves moist to average soil. An Intrinsic introduction (IYKYK).
