Seeking individuals for our snow removal operations. If you are laid off or just seeking supplemental income through the winter months please give us a call. There are positions available for all scopes of work, with no experience to experienced operators. We are a growing small business and are seeking helping hands interested in working for a growing company.
Employment opportunities don't stop with just winter positions, you have the opportunity to continue your adventure into the summer months working on lawn mowing and landscape crews as well.

We offer 401k and great pay based on your abilities.
Pay is based on position applied for and experience: $20+ an hr.

We are currently looking to add a few motivated and self driven Lawn Care and landscape members to our team. These are hands on roles working with lawn equipment and job specific tools. If you enjoy being outdoors, this is a great job for you. We offer highly competitive pay based on experience and knowledge of specified jobs.

We are especially interested in candidates with prior experience in lawn mowing and landscape maintenance backgrounds. Experience is preferred but not required.

Location: Oregon Ohio and surrounding area's.

Lawn Mowing Crew members job requirements:

* Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds or more repetitively throughout the day.

* Work various shift hours depending on weather conditions.

* Familiarity to run zero turn lawn mowers, w**d eaters, leaf blowers, edger's, chain saws, landscape bed edger's, rakes, spraying equipment and operate and other common lawn care tools.

* Maintain and keep a clean work vehicle, shop and jobsite.

* Maintain your dedicated equipment, sharpen blades, check oils and filters and do basic maintenance and safety checks daily.

*Prior experience or work in lawn and landscape maintenance (preferred) but not a must. On the job training can be accommodated.

* Excellent stamina and physical health.

*Reliable and self-motivated individuals that will work under the supervision of their superiors.

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.

* Personnel will be responsible for driving truck and trailer combo to specified job locations throughout your daily route. Posses the ability to hook up and unhook trailers from truck and secure safety equipment.

* Complete basis landscape services such as mulching, stone installation, tree and shrub install/replacement, seeding, sod installation and various other landscape scopes of work.

* Knowledge in operating basic machines such as skid loaders and tractors used in daily operations.

Customer had new pool installed and they got there own dirt hauled in. We came in and pushed all the dirt up around the pool area and completed the final grading after a few months of letting the dirt settle. Final prep and proper feeding for new lawn germination on dirt was completed and this job was hydroseeded.

Finish grade complete, soil prep is finished fertilizer is down, now drilling seed with our kubota and brillion seeder. Customer had an opportunity to get a concrete driveway installed so we will be finishing this up along the driveway area in the spring of 2022. Last two pictures are only 7 days after completed seeding. This lawn came out great.
