We are a growing local company, with work already done to clients directly, to construction companies, to investors & real estate agents. We have all the tools and workers to cover 4 projects at the same time (weekly) , with the appropriate transport for each team. We can advise you on the types of paint there's on the market right now , and the colors that are in season , so that your project can have the best results.

Last week , we started this project in West Valley , Utah.

The homeowners are moving to Idaho and are selling this house.

In this project , we did the following :

1. Demolition of the old , worn-out baseboard and casing.

2. Installation of new baseboard and casing throughout the basement.

3. Painting all the baseboard and casing with PURE WHITE in satin sheen to complete this part of the project.

The homeowners / clients called us back ( after we did the baseboards and casings job ) to do all the TOUCH-UPS throughout the house ( main floor and basement ) , the day after they will move to Idaho , so they can sell the house 🔥 !

New project in Midvale , Utah 🔥 !

Two months ago , we began the whole remodel of this house.

These pictures were taken today , after completing the following :

1. Demolition and cleanup of everything left by the previous owners.

2. Framing ( new walls and a new ceiling in the basement ).

3. Installation of new LVP ( lightweight polyurethane ) throughout most of the house.

4. Drywall work ( we hung the sheetrock , we did the taping , we did the knockdown texture to the ceiling , and smooth finish ( level 4 ) to all new walls and on the patch areas.

5. Installation of new tile on the bathroom floors and shower walls ( 3 bathrooms in total ).

6. We installed new insulation on all the exterior walls and the ceiling of the house.

Now , we are finishing the drywall work and have started preparing to repaint the entire interior 💪.

This week , we completed this quick and easy project in Eagle Mountain , Utah 🇺🇸 .

MTN Drywall and Painting :

1. We did the drywall repairs after the homeowners removed the WALL PAPER that was on these two walls.

2. We changed the texture on these two kitchen walls to Holy Smooth texture.

3. We repainted the two walls with the same color and sheen as the existing walls.

We applied one coat of primer and two coats of paint.

It was a two-day project ; the first day was for the drywall work , and the second day was for the painting work.

BATHROOM , BEDROOM , and CLOSET remodel in Draper 🔥.

We started this project last week.

Our client contacted us to remodel part of his home.

MTN Drywall and Painting :

1. We demolished the fireplace , old flooring , and interior doors.

2. Framing to cover the fireplace opening and create a door for privacy in the room.

3. Drywall repairs : patches ( holes ) and new walls.

4. Installation of new LVP.

5. Installation of new baseboards , door frames , and new doors ( 3 interior doors ).

6. Repainting the bathroom , closet , bedroom , and living room ( all in one color and sheen ).

7. We cut and shut off the gas line to the old fireplace.

EXTERIOR STAIN ( solid color , water base ) in Kamas , Utah 🇺🇲 !

Two weeks ago , we finished this new project for one of our best and good clients in Utah , Ballerina Farm .

Thanks to Daniel , owner and CEO of Ballerina Farm .

This time , we worked on the exterior of these two DAIRY STORES in Kamas.

MTN Drywall and Painting LLC :

1. We stained the entire exterior of these two DAIRY STORES in GRAY MIST in flat sheen in a solid water base by SUPERDECK.

2. All exposed beams we applied CLEAR product in satin sheen for long durability and good look.
