At first, she thought she was hungry for more plants.

She was really hungry for beauty. For ritual. For something living to care for.

Maybe that’s why so many of us keep bringing plants home. Not because we need another pothos or Hoya, but because tending something alive changes us too. 🌿

The world can keep its urgency for a minute.

I’m going to water my plants, admire the way the light hits the leaves, laugh at Luna, play with my birds, and remember that ordinary days hold a lot of magic too.

This is my reminder to keep noticing the blooms.
To keep growing a home that feels alive.

Some nights, I wander through this little jungle,
tucking everyone in before bed.

The shelves are quiet.
The tea has gone cold.
Luna has found her spot.

And before I turn out the lights,
I’m reminded that while I was busy growing all of this,
it was growing something in me, too.
