"The whole staff was so helpful today! After trying all the area pool stores (multiple times), I will say im sticking to American Sales- the best customer service! Brian tested my water and explained it all in a way that made sense and was neither condescending nor overwhelming, putting me at ease. Cashier Michael and another associate at the desk with a beard (didn’t get his name 😬) were also very friendly.

In fact he was very patient and explained things thoroughly. It was apparent that he is very knowledgeable about every detail of getting a pool; shipment and delivery, getting it installed and needing a village permit.
