Got my seeds going, prepping beds for this season. Hows everyone else's prep going. I definitely wasn't ready for mid 80s in March. I'll take it though. Longer growing season isn't a bad thing.

Does anyone in orland have 4 or 5 wood pallets they want to get rid of let me know. I'm in need to expand my compost pile. Thanks in advance.

Hey everyone, i haven't posted since end of last season and wanted to post an update.

I've been growing lettuce, spinich, chard, purple broccoli and cabbage this winter. It's my first attempt at growing in winter. It's been going better than I expected. I'll have some available soon.

I've also been really busy getting the garden ready for spring/summer. Usually the beds aren't ready until mid to late May. Not this year! I've had help some good help with ideas and prepping it for the busy growing year.

I've been thinking for selling started seeds in the spring. If anyone would be interested, let me know. I'm open to suggestions.

This spring I should have a stand up to sell produce and I will continue donating to the Orland Free The Food stand in town all my extras.

I've got lots of ideas floating around for this next year. Sorry for the long post. If anyone has any suggestions on some things to grow and try to have available this summer let me know.

Happy Sunday everyone!

Walking the garden this morning I noticed the ghost peppers are finally turning from green to orange/reddish finally. This will be my first successful super hot pepper grow. Been trying for a few years with a couple plants. They usually don't make it to flowering point. All the years of 0, this year is looking like its going to be a bountiful harvest.

If anyone is interested in purchasing any when they are ready feel free to shoot me a message and we can work something out.
