Here we are, a new fence and gate installation, plus waterproofing in my neighborhood

Installed inside and outside door pulls as well.

Waterproofed with BEHR Waterproofing Wood Stain and Sealer tinted to a color I've been wanting to use for a long time now - Cape Cod Gray - in a solid color base. The customer requested this color as it closely matched the house.

This fence is now good for 25 years before recoat.

25 year warranty on vertical surfaces and a 10 year warranty on horizontal surfaces. BEHR #1

This was a small list of things that were requested to be completed.

Painted the second floor header and all of the window frames in both the front and rear of the house, using BEHR Marquee Exterior Satin tinted to Whipped Cream.

Restored the chimney cap and flue, then painted to "Hammered Silver"

Waterproofed 2 newly installed wood fence panels using BEHR Waterproofing Wood Finish tinted to Sandal in a semi-transparent base.

This was a fence demo, removal, installation and waterproof. This was the fence that is between my neighbors house and mine - since I just finished their fence in the backyard last week, this one was set to be replaced right after.

Here we are. A new fence build and waterproof. This fence configuration was to match the style fence that was existing and also matches up to the neighbors fences.

The name of this style of fence is SHADOWBOX. It gives both sides "the nice side" and gives equal privacy and room between the slats for wind to pass through.

Remember the corral board I installed in January? I returned today to waterproof the corral board and the newly installed posts.

Using BEHR Waterproofing Wood Finish in a transparent base.

This makes the fence waterproof, prevents the wood from rotting and the only color it adds is the natural color of the waterproofer. It enhances the woodgrain and highlights the mill marks on the wood - parts where the saws cut the wood, you normally wouldn't see.

Here we are, a partial interior paint complete. 2 bedrooms, a ceiling and a bathroom.

All completed in BEHR Dynasty Interior Satin

Second Bedroom plus ceiling: Cocoa Berry (SWP color)
Bathroom: Teton Blue
Master BR: Mesa Taupe.
That's the second time this year I've used the Mesa Taupe color, its nice.

Here we are. A screen enclosure roof pressure wash and waterproof.

Using APOC 243 elastomeric roof coating.

This is the best product for this application.

I also painted the valance around the enclosure to match the trim. Using BEHR Marquee Exterior Semi-gloss tinted to Whipped Cream.

This is the house I just completed the partial hardie plank installation and full exterior paint back in December.

The service I offer to everybody, is that for all of my exterior paint jobs, I will return every year to pressure wash and do a touch-up paint for a flat rate and it's all for keeping the paint job protected and maintained.

Here we are, a partial fence demo, including some posts, installing new posts and corral board - this is the first part as the second part will be coming at a later date to waterproof the wood.

It was approximately 180' of fence, originally with 4 horizontal slats and the configuration was updated to 3 slats - I like it as it increases visibility to the yard and doesn't block as much from the road - opens it up.

Thanks for the work - really appreciate it!

Now is the time of year to demo and install new fencing as it's much cooler and easier than doing it when it's 98* out with a heat index of 1,000.

Ok, after a short delay, I was able to successfully migrate the site to a newer version, both the software for the site and the back-end scripting - I was unable to add any photos or post any updates until this was completed successfully.
