Its unfortunate how some contractors will take advantage of some clients, but what's even more frustrating is that it's the norm. This bathroom was only used 3 times and was already showing signs of failure. We never bash others work but this was absolute negligence.

The tiles were cut with the same saws as was the wood aparantly, the drain cut was only able to slightly blend because of the light grout, the accent tiles were waving in some locations, and worst of all the wrong backer boards were used and had ZERO water proofing. We always preach quality and this is why. Stay tuned to see the difference.

Want to start off by thanking everyone for the support of Prime Touch Improvements over the years. As we've grown and developed we have uncovered more needs. We started with offering complimentary cleanings to clients after renovations so that clients can enjoy a turn key service. Then the need for weekly/biweekly/monthly cleanings became aparantly essential. As we start getting ready to celebrate family and giving thanks tomorrow for Thanksgiving. We'd like to formally announce the expansion of the Prime Touch brand, and introduce Prime Touch Cleaning.
