We are sorry to read your review, but we must respectfully clarify the situation. We also need to state clearly that the information mentioned in your review does not reflect the reality of the service provided.
From the beginning, it was explained and documented that the existing work on your property had been previously performed incorrectly. It was even proposed and properly documented that the service should be fully redone to correct the existing issues, but you chose not to invest in this complete repair, prioritizing only a partial lower-cost solution. Even so, we carried out the work limited to the contracted scope, at a price far below market value, always maintaining the standard of quality for which our company is recognized.
All agreed work was completed, and we provided photos, videos, and documented conversations as proof. In addition, you were personally called several times during ex*****on to review the progress, and everything was done as agreed. As for additional requests, which were necessary due to the poor previous work, we made it clear that they would not be performed without the corresponding payment, since they were not part of the signed contract.
After completion, you still withheld payment until demanding a three-year warranty, something completely unrealistic and not applicable to repair services. Even so, in good faith, we returned to the site, applied additional sand as requested, and issued a limited repair warranty, which goes beyond what is normally offered for this type of service.
We stand by the professionalism, truth, and integrity of our team and have detailed records of the contract, scope, and communications regarding your project. Our company remains committed to honesty, transparency, and excellence in serving our community.
