⚠️ What looked like a simple light outage turned out to be a hidden electrical hazard.

During a recent nighttime lighting inspection, our team identified an exterior wall fixture that was out and scheduled a follow-up service visit to investigate the cause.

Once the fixture was opened, we discovered severe corrosion, heat damage, and deteriorated wiring inside.

Not every light outage is a simple bulb replacement. In this case, the real issue was hidden inside the fixture.
