Over the past decade, DDA expanded beyond traditional architectural design services to assist owners as site representatives during the construction phase. To ensure we provide the appropriate level of service, we limit the quantity of these projects we take on each year. It always helps when we have a great design, construction, and ownership team as we do in this multifamily project coming online later this year.

There was always something charming about this c. 1945 bungalow at 2737 Woodside Ave in Winter Park’s Edgewood neighborhood near Baldwin Park. The cheery yellow cottage with its white wood trellis was a welcome sight on my runs/walks through the neighborhood. I was saddened to see it will be demolished soon and hope the new home shares some of the charm of the one it’s replacing. Bungalower
