Buddy of mine bought a new cargo trailer he wanted to use at pyrotechnic camp outs and for storing his fireworks in he is shooting that weekend.
Wired the trailer for A/C, lights and plugs, he has three outlets inside and one outside all on a GFI for added safety as well as being on breakers.
Cargo trailer get hot during the day as they have no insulation at all, he wanted that corrected and we added a rooftop A/C, we started with one inch in between the frame rails, then he said he wanted it insulated good we added another inch on top of that on top of the frame with new plywood.
Then painted the walls and floor, anti-slip on floor, built shelves and combo work table/bed that can be folded up out of the way with storage under it too.
I put him a lift up door in front shelf to make it easy pulling the 30 foot 30 amp power cord back it without climbing under the desk/ shelve and get to the breakers or GFI easy, then stained it to protect it from grease stains from hands or eating and keep splinters down.
The two LED lights have a separate switches, A/C remote is hanging right above them so he can have cool or heat as needed.
Then after we got a break in the rain I got the windows put in, so when he gets trapped inside during a rain storm or just staying cool it won't feel like he is shut up in a box, that was my idea, as I have been there done that in mine at campouts, have two to put in mine too.
It was a lot of work and took almost a month with all the rain we were getting too, that is why a few shots the painted floor was covered with mud from Diesel my dog running in and out.
Lot of hard work and the only thing I didn't like, now I have to do mine next because I love the way this stays cool in the heat and quieter inside with the two inches of insulation.
