For the past 30 years, Ned gets to work at 2:30am and doesn’t finish until late in the evening. Ned is the most dedicated, passionate, and hardest worker that you’ll ever meet. Leaving their families for 10 months to work for us is truly a sacrifice that reflects deep dedication, resilience, and commitment to providing a better life for their loved ones! Baker’s 1st H2B program is in full effect!

The highlight reel is out! 🌧️🚜💨

What started as a race turned into a full-on mud battle after the rain rolled in. The track got slick, the corners got messy, and the mowers kept flying through the mud.

Huge thanks to everyone who came out and made it an unforgettable day — racers, spectators, and everyone who didn’t mind getting a little muddy.

Yesterday, our Tampa office came together to close out an amazing summer season with a cookout full of good food, laughter, and a little friendly competition. 🍔🌽

From co****le battles to egg toss showdowns 🏆🥚—our crews brought the energy, competing for gift cards and even extra PTO days! More than the prizes, it was a chance to celebrate the dedication and hard work our team has poured in over the last few months. 💪
