What a fun Day! On Saturday March 25th ELEVEN18 Architecture participated in the 4th Annual Mini Golf Tournament hosted by AIA Orlando

We had five teams participating in this years tournament, and we managed to score both first and second place! 🏆⛳

Proceeds of the tournament benefit continuing education programs and scholarships for architecture students.

ELEVEN18 Architecture was happy to attend the grand opening, "Building Preview" event for the new boutique apartment community, Smith & Main located in Winter Garden. It's truly gratifyingly to see this design come to life and open it's doors. Thanks to Pioneer Builders for trusting us to be their design partners for this project that was years in the making.

Last Friday ELEVEN18 Architecture was proud to participate in the groundbreaking of "Milk Stacks" a mixed-use, multifamily project in the Milk District! We were joined by many of our project partners as well as our mayor to kickoff the construction of this new addition to the neighborhood.

We are excited to see this project come to life together with Atrium Capital Group.

Project Spot Light! ⭐ Parasol Melbourne

Our team had the opportunity to visit the recently completed Parasol Melbourne project, a 55+ Active Living community by Adelon! This project is beautiful inside and out and it's always exciting to meet residents and see first hand how much they are enjoying their new home. To the first of many Parasol locations!
