It took me a good full day but the pool deck is finally finished with some sun light to spare for some drone shots 🤩.
Compared to the original tan color the new off white makes this house ready for the market! A big thank you to Chris and Lisa Martel as well as Chad Hewett from Clean Slate Painting and Pressure Washing for sending me the job

Chris and Lisa spoiled me with food and probably the best root beer I've ever tried in my life so thought id throw a roof clean on the house for their generous hospitality. This project had me all the way out by Wedgefield for a pool deck clean, cracks repair in the cement and overall prep for a total repaint. Chris and Lisa Martel are a really solid, down to earth couple that needed some odds and ends done to put the house on the market. Tune in for the beautiful after shots and video! 🥳

What an absolute difference! To reduce surface heat and prevent slipping I used 3 gallons of H&C Cool Feel paint courtesy of Sherwin Williams. They are the real heroes on today’s job. Spring is right around the corner, give your pool decks some much needed love and give me a call! 407-705-9451
