Arthur called about 1 minute and a half after I submitted my request on the Home Advisor website to set up an appointment. He is a very friendly, yet very professional guy. He showed up when he said he would, did the job quickly and thoroughly, and even took pictures so that we could see what he had done (the repair was underneath the house). I would highly recommend Art, and am planning to use him again for another job in the near future. Thank you, Home Advisor and Lars!
